Listening before paperwork
A few minutes of conversation, an hour at most. We listen first, design second — never the other way round.
Our story
Not a business plan written up front. Each of us was already building on our own side — and we ended up building together.
Pick a phase.
Studio
The studio takes shape around what we were already doing, but together. One project at a time, a schedule written up front, and as little paper as possible between the idea and production.
Five rules we apply to ourselves before selling them.
A few minutes of conversation, an hour at most. We listen first, design second — never the other way round.
An installable build every Friday. What the mockup promised is there on delivery day, otherwise it isn't delivered.
Never more than one project in parallel, and it's written into the contract. If the scope is larger than we can carry, we say so before signing.
Repository, accounts, source files, animation projects: all handed over on delivery. No buy-out clause, no hostage hosting.
Screen and movement are thought through together. That's what removes the back-and-forth between mockup and build.
A project to hand us, or just a question. We answer within 24 hours.
