The studio
These terms govern the relationship between you ("the client") and Lyrify Studio LLC ("Lyrify", "we"), a Domestic Limited Liability Company registered in New Mexico (Entity ID 0008128340), whose team works from Antananarivo, Madagascar.
Our services
Lyrify designs, builds and stages applications: product design, mobile and web development, motion design and branding, delivered as the packages described on the Pricing page, or as custom-scoped work priced after the kickoff workshop.
Pricing and payment
Listed prices are before tax and match the scope described for each package. Anything outside that scope is priced separately, always with prior agreement. A deposit is due when a project starts.
Cancellation and refunds
The starting deposit is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled partway through, only the work already done is owed; the untouched part of the package is not billed.
Timelines and revisions
Each package states its duration and how many days of revisions it includes. Revisions beyond the original scope or the included revision window are priced separately.
Ownership of code and deliverables
On final delivery, the code repository, accounts, source files and animation projects are handed over to the client. No buy-back clause, no captive hosting.
Confidentiality
Information shared as part of a project stays confidential and is not shared with anyone outside the Lyrify team without the client's agreement.
Liability
Lyrify commits to delivering its services with care and to a professional standard, but cannot be held responsible for the indirect consequences of a product decision made by the client, nor for delays imposed by third parties (app stores, hosts, payment providers) outside its control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of New Mexico, United States, where Lyrify Studio LLC is registered.
Changes
These terms may be updated; the version that applies is the one in force at the time of the quote or the deposit.
